The Blue Grass Community Foundation’s Good Giving Challenge is less than a month away! And Clark Coalition Foundation will be participating for the 3rd straight year.

The Good Giving Challenge is an annual online giving event for nonprofits in the Greater Central Kentucky area. The Challenge offers a unique opportunity to amplify your impact through numerous matching pools and prizes.

One matching opportunity that we’re particularly excited to share: The Clark County Community Foundation’s dollar-for-dollar match of up to $8,000 for all Clark County nonprofits. We're very grateful to the Clark County Community Foundation for providing this awesome matching opportunity, and we hope that you will help us take advantage of it.

The Good Giving Challenge starts on Giving Tuesday, December 3rd and ends at midnight on Friday, December 6th.

Mark your calendar today, and visit BGgives.org December 3rd through 6th to support Clark Coalition Foundation!

About Clark Coalition Foundation

Founded in January 2021, Clark Coalition Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which conducts research, education and outreach initiatives to inform community discussions on land-use issues of local significance to Winchester and Clark County.

Several years ago, we recognized that there's a severe shortage of quality data and research to address the many questions concerning land-use facing Winchester-Clark County.

These questions include how best to:

- accommodate future population growth while promoting our farmland for agriculture and tourism;

- effectively recruit companies and high-paying jobs in today's knowledge-based economy;

- encourage the redevelopment of our blighted and under-utilized downtown properties to strengthen our quality of life and property tax revenues;

- and address our water-quality and transportation infrastructure to sustainably accommodate our short and long-term development needs, among other issues.

Clark Coalition Foundation’s work to commission, conduct and fund independent, data-driven research is helping to address these issues and make our hometown more prosperous for future generations.
