We care passionately about the future of Winchester-Clark County.
Winchester-Clark County is an incredibly special place distinguished by our historic downtown, our vibrant and welcoming neighborhoods and our world-class Bluegrass farmland.
These unique assets are both an endowment from the past and an opportunity for our future. By leveraging these resources, we can attract a knowledge-based workforce and the types of investment that result in enduring economic prosperity for all our citizens.
Clark Coalition is Winchester’s only land-use advocacy organization. We’re dedicated to advancing good growth, good jobs, and good government for the benefit of everyone in Clark County.
A Clark County native, Will developed an appreciation for our special Bluegrass landscape at an early age working on his family’s cattle and crop farm.
He is a graduate of Transylvania University and Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Prior to completing his MBA, Will worked in the Thoroughbred industry for eight years. At Keeneland, he led the company’s efforts to recruit international buyers to its auctions.
Through his work in two of our signature industries, Will understands the importance of our Bluegrass landscape to our local economy, our cultural identity and our future.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for Winchester and Clark County. The work to promote smart growth has never been more needed.”
