Clark Coalition Foundation – our 501c3-organized charitable entity – has been accepted to operate under a fiscal sponsorship with Blue Grass Community Foundation (BGCF).
This arrangement allows prospective donors to Clark Coalition Foundation to take advantage of BGCF’s tax-exempt status while helping to fund vital research and education initiatives right here in Winchester-Clark County.
The fiscal sponsorship also allows Clark Coalition Foundation to focus on our core mission of research and education while we work to achieve our own tax-exempt recognition under IRS guidelines.

About Clark Coalition Foundation:
Clark Coalition Foundation was established in January 2021 to conduct education and research initiatives to promote a better understanding of the land-use issues that affect the citizens of Winchester and Clark County, both now and in the future.
We believe that objective data, research, and analysis are key to promoting a good understanding of how our community will best thrive. That’s why Clark Coalition Foundation partners with highly-respected organizations, institutions, and experts to bring leading-edge resources to the table in our hometown.
Several significant research initiatives are currently underway - including a cost-of-community services study conducted by CEDIK, the Community and Economic Development Initiative of Kentucky, in association with the University of Kentucky; and a study by renowned urban design firm Lord Aeck Sargent on under-utilized and vacant property and opportunities for growth.
